Informational Only: The insights, patterns, and "correlations" shown in the App are for self-reflection and informational purposes only. They are not medical diagnoses.
No Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the App.
Emergency: If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

By using Sympto, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions.

3. Description of Service

Sympto is a voice-powered wellness journal. It uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transcribe voice notes and identify potential patterns in your lifestyle data.

AI Limitations: You acknowledge that AI is not perfect. Transcription errors may occur. The "Insights" generated are probabilistic suggestions, not absolute facts. You should always verify the data in your logs.

4. User Accounts

Anonymous Use: You may use the App without an email address. If you lose your device or delete the App, your data cannot be recovered.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYMPTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
